Our Receptionists

We have experienced staff that are skilled in dealing with people who may be tired or anxious if they or their family are unwell. Many of them are mothers and grandmothers who understand the pressures of having a sick child. We also have staff who speak Italian, and Croatian. If you have any problems with pathology bills, appointments or getting information, they are only too pleased to help. Their ability to break through bureaucracies is extremely valued.
