The practice nurses are key members of our team, working closely with the GP’s in the provision of high quality co ordinated care. They enhance the range of services we are able to offer as well as providing caring support for our patients. Their role involves assisting the doctors in all aspects of health care including health checks, immunisations, wound care, diagnostic testing, chronic disease management and aged care assessments.
