I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and former director of the state board for the Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science and coordinator of the Exercise Physiologists in Hospital Network. I have two Masters degrees – one in Ergonomics from University of Melbourne and the other in Exercise Rehabilitation from Victoria University of Technology. With 10 years of clinical experience, seven of which were managing all Exercise physiology services at the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital in Melbourne. My experience ranges across all ages and conditions, however I have a passion for assisting people with Diabetes, Insulin Resistance, Impaired Glucose Tolerance, PCOS, Cardiac and dyslipidaemia. Having worked with many workcover clients I am experienced in managing all many of musculoskeletal injuries which can hinder people from being physically active. My activity programs are designed to suit your needs as well as being practical and fitting into your lifestyle whether at home or at a gym.

Stephanie Gilroy – Dietician
I graduated from King’s College, University of London in 2000. I have a strong interest in translating the complexities of the science of nutrition to suit individual lifestyles. I believe in a functional approach to healthy eating and empowering clients to make lifelong healthy choices. I am a Medicare and DVA approved provider.

Robin Murray – Counselling
Robin Murray RN,CNCD&A,Dip Teach(Nursing). I have been involved with Nursing for 38 years and most of this time has involved D&A and Mental Health in the Clinical arena, Nurse Education, and Middle Management. I am passionate when it comes to D&A issues and consumer focused interventions related to D&A Nursing/ Counselling.
I have been associated with Inner West General Practice for over 20 years as a Nurse Consultant/Counsellor.
I worked in Correctional Facilities for 10years, working with inmates at risk due to detoxing from drugs and alcohol. This was an eye opening experience and a professional rewarding time.
Currently and for the last 3 years I have been the Nurse Unit Manager of a Medical Detoxification Unit (Herbert Street Clinic/ Royal North Shore Hospital/ Sydney/ NSW)
I am also a serving member of the NSCCH Nurses and Midwifery Council that is involved in latest research projects and many important issues that pertain to Nursing and Midwifery. I am the first D&A Nurse on this Council so I am very pleased to represent D&A in the Nursing and Midwifery arena.
I have just taken up the Role of Vice President International of Drug and Alcohol Nurses of Australasia (DANA). I love to showcase DANA as I believe DANA is an important Organization to support D&A Nursing into its future directions though knowledge of current trends and ongoing education.

Anton has been a long distance runner for 30 years + and skier for 18 years, runs an Allied Health Clinic, and has been treating and teaching actors from the Sydney Theatre Company since 2007. Anton is keen to keep everybody active and happy!
