Surgery 5 - Summer Hill

Appointments are necessary for surgery visits.

Longer consultations are available on request. If you require a longer consultation, please ask the receptionist when booking your appointment.

TEST RESULTS – For medical-legal reasons, ALL patients are requested to return for results of any tests or x-rays, unless prior arrangement is made with their doctor.

HOME VISITS – We make provision for home visits and after hours care. Registered patients can request home visits. Patients call the practice in the morning. The patient speaks directly to the doctor and they organise a time of mutual convenience. The home visit is usually conducted on the same day or the following day.

PATHOLOGY- A pathology provider is available at both our Leichhardt and Summer Hill surgeries.You will require a consultation with the doctor first to discuss appropriate tests and to obtain a referral form before going to pathology.

Pathology Hours Summer Hill: Monday – Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm Saturday 8.00am to 11.00am. No appointment necessary for pathology.

Pathology Hours Leichhardt: Monday – Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Saturday 8.30am to 11.30am. No appointment necessary for pathology.
